Grief and Loss

The experience of a loss in your life can come in many ways, shapes or forms.  No single person grieves the same.  What may be devastating to you may not be so difficult to another.  Whatever that loss may be, it is yours to define. 

    • Have you lost a loved one?
    • Have you recently lost a family pet?
    • Have you experienced a miscarriage?
    • Are you mourning the loss of a relationship, friendship or job?

I will provide you with a safe environment to explore & define your loss.  My goal is not to help you forget or mask the grief or pain you are experiencing, but to help guide you through it.  I will be there to validate your feelings of grief and loss, help you work through feelings of shock, disbelief & anger, and assist you in connecting with other resources that may be beneficial for your healing.  I will also provide you with tools that you can carry with you in times of depression and despair.  Most importantly, we will work to restore the sense of hope in your life.
